Julian oversees both the Operations Team and the Consulting Division in his role as Vice President of Melbourne Property Management. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and is a well-respected member of the condominium management industry. Julian provides consultancy services to many of Ontario's top condominium developers. He is also well-known for helping, developing and training managers to ensure that they have the requisite knowledge and understanding to meet client and resident needs in this changing industry. Over the course of his career, Julian has worked on over 800 Condominium projects in Ontario.
Julian has been a frequent speaker and presenter at industry conferences, such as LandPro, Realtor Quest, BILD and CCI \ ACMO events and has served as an industry expert on a panel tasked with reviewing some of the proposed changes to the condominium act.
