The Tarion – HCRA Transition, One month in.

On February 1st 2021 legislation takes effect to overhaul the Ontario new home warranty and protection program, reform Tarion, and formalize the creation of the regulator, Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA). One month into the transition we will have the opportunity to hear from Tarion, HCRA and the developer community how things are progressing.
